“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.” ~ Viktor Frankl
As a therapist my goal is always to help every client reach their optimal level of functioning by providing skills that will promote growth, change, and development. My approach is tailored to each individual. I am culturally competent; I extend empathy and acceptance to all in a non-judgmental environment. I have experience working with adolescents and adults to include geriatric, military personnel, veterans, and their families on a wide range of issues.
As a military veteran, I understand challenges that are unique to military personnel, veterans, and their families. I am trained in Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE) that is commonly used to treat military personnel and veterans suffering from PTSD.
