About Me
Hana is a compassionate therapist specializing in working with clients who struggle with shame. With a deep understanding of the debilitating effects of shame on mental health and well-being, Hana provides a safe and supportive space for clients to explore and process their feelings of shame. Through gentle guidance and CBT evidence-based interventions, Hana helps clients cultivate self-compassion, challenge negative self-beliefs, and develop resilience in the face of shame.
Hana is married with one child, and so she understands the unique stressors and challenges that parenthood can bring. Hana brings compassion to pre-marital counseling and relationship therapy whether that be between parent and child or romantic partners. She is also passionate about providing divorce recovery support and guidance to individuals navigating these experiences.
With Hana as their ally, clients can heal from the wounds of shame and embrace a life of greater self-acceptance and authenticity.
