About Me

Meet Gabrielle, a dedicated and experienced therapist specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for children and teens. With a passion for empowering young minds, Gabrielle utilizes evidence-based techniques to help clients navigate life’s challenges and cultivate emotional resilience.

Drawing from expertise in emotional regulation, Gabrielle provides tailored interventions to support children and teens in managing their emotions effectively and building essential coping skills. Whether addressing trauma, neurodivergency, or working within the spectrum, Gabrielle offers personalized strategies to promote growth and well-being.

Having worked extensively in an Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) center, Gabrielle draws from this rich experience to provide comprehensive support to her clients. She adeptly integrates ABA principles into therapy, offering practical strategies to address behavioral challenges and promote positive change.

In addition to her work with children and teens, Gabrielle also offers support to adult women who have experienced trauma. With a compassionate and trauma-informed approach, she facilitates healing and growth in both individual and group therapy settings, providing a space for women to reclaim their strength and resilience.

With a focus on fostering resilience and promoting positive change, Gabrielle is dedicated to empowering clients of all ages to live happier, healthier lives. She also loves to add art and creativity to her therapeutic work and enjoys nature and hiking with her dog.

"Every behavior is a message waiting to be understood. Through patience, empathy, and guidance, we can unlock the potential within every child, transforming challenges into opportunities for growth and resilience."
