We provide counseling for all ages of clients--children, teens, adults, couples, and families. Our team is committed to providing proven, evidence-based therapies as well as LENS neurofeedback. We also provide many groups that assist in dealing with anger, trauma, grief, self-identity, and much more!
Coaching and Wellness Services
WHCC provides coaching in areas such as parenting, wellness, and even spiritual growth. We provide groups that focus on somatic work and meditation, and have retreats throughout the year to help our clients focus on specific areas of growth.
Professional Development
We are proud of our commitment to providing ongoing education to the next generation of therapists by serving as an educational center for graduate student therapists. WHCC also provides ongoing training for both our students and even our licensed associates! We run continuing education courses for therapists in the community as well.

Many of our licensed therapists have been with WHCC for 5 plus years. They specialize in diverse areas such as Postpartum Depression, Trauma, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, Depression, Interpersonal Issues, Couples and Family Conflicts, Personality Disorders, ADHD, Regulation Issues, OCD, Attachment, Self Identity/Esteem, Existential/Midlife Crisis, Anger Management, Attachment Issues, Adoption, Behavioral Issues in children and teens, Parenting Issues, Identity Development, Codependency, and much more! Our therapists come from diverse backgrounds with many of them offering therapy in multiple languages. We have clinicians available 7 days a week, with appointments as early as 8am and as late as 8pm. We offer counseling in Katy in person in the heart of the Katy corridor or via telehealth on one of our many virtual platforms.
